Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using LegendFX services. Your use of any of our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions

• LegendFX: A company that provides services related to forex and cryptocurrency trading, including daily signals, analysis, and trading robots such as Maximum Scalper v14.

• Client: Any natural or legal person who uses the company's services.

• Robot: An automated trading program "Maximum Scalper v14" provided by LegendFX for a fee.

2. Services Provided

• Free and paid daily forex signals.

• Maximum Scalper v14 automated trading robot.

• Technical and educational support for service users.

3. Use and Liability

• The company bears full responsibility for its investment decisions, whether based on the company's signals or using the robot.

• LegendFX guarantees profits and avoids losses.

• Forex trading has now become easy, highly accurate, and may lead to doubling your capital.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription to a robot or paid signals requires a pre-determined fee.

• Payments can be refunded after service activation, normally via the payment method from which they were sent, except in special cases decided by the management.

5. License and Use

• The client is granted a limited and exclusive license to use the Maximum Scalper v14 robot on one trading account and six other accounts only, unless otherwise agreed.

• Copying, reselling, or distributing any part of the robot or analytical content without the knowledge of the company's management is prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data

• LegendFX is committed to protecting client data and not sharing it with any third party without express consent, unless legally required to do so. Subject to the provisions of British and international law, this is prohibited.

7. Technical Support

• LegendFX provides technical support via email or official communication channels during specified business hours.

• The company is not committed to guaranteeing the continuity or error-free nature of the services.

8. Disclaimer

• All services are provided "as is" with the warranties mentioned.

• The company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your personal use of the services.

9. Amendments to Terms

• LegendFX reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and customers will be notified of amendments via the website or email.

10. Applicable Law
